Flip Project – Completed 2016

Hythe Road, Ashford was a Victorian three bedroom semi detached property. It was in need of complete refurbishment and our goal with this project was to refurbish and sell or flip the property.

This property was a complete mess. There was damp and we needed to re-plaster the whole house. We acquired the property in December 2015 and the work started very soon afterwards. It started with a complete “rip out” and then we had to take care of the damp problem and get the plastering done.

The outside of the house was not a lot better than the inside. There was a rotten conservatory which we replaced and the garden was in an awful state. Inside we installed a new kitchen and bathroom, a new heating system and double glazing throughout the property.

Our amazing contracting team worked tirelessly on the project and completed it fast. There was a total transformation of this house as you can see from the before and after photographs. It did not take long to sell this property once the work was complete.
