Here at CPG, we source profitable property investment and land projects for ourselves and our customers. There are two main investment types;
- Loan Agreements based on a fixed 1, 2 or 3 year term. Shorter term loans can also be arranged.
- Joint Ventures, where the profit, equity and or cashflow are split at an agreed level. Generally, CPG is the ‘Managing Partner’ and the customer is the ‘Funding Partner’.
